Refund Policy

•Returns and Refund:

•Items can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Return courier charges will be paid by the customer and unless we sent out an incorrect order.

You the (customer) will be liable for return courier charges for an item equivalent to your original purchase.

We will not refund any courier charges paid by you the customer once the parcel has reached the customer on change of mind returns. The customer is liable for such courier or delivery fees for such returns or refund requests. The customer will be liable for the direct cost of returning the goods on change- of-mind returns.

A return or refund will be processed once the wig is received back in store. If goods are incorrect, 

​defective or unsafe, the customer statutory rights apply. Qualifying defective goods may be returned at our expense, and the customer may choose a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law. These are the rights are not limited to a same-day notification period.

We do not process refunds on items that used or not in their original state In terms of Section 56(2) of the CPA, a consumer may return goods to defective goods to the supplier without penalty to the consumer and at the supplier’s own risk and expense. Although Wigs r life aims to deliver the correct order, mistakes may happen and in the event of such an occurrence, we will be liable for all courier return fees, and a full refund will be issued to the customer, provided that the goods are in their natural state and have not been used. A defective good notification needs to be sent to us in writing at Refiloeraph@gmail.com on the day of receipt.

The 7-day return policy applies to change-of-mind returns and does not limit your rights under consumer protection Act. Defective goods will be handled in accordance to the CPA.

For eligible, You the customer may cancel your order within seven days after receiving the goods.

Processing of refunds 

Refunds and returns are processed within 14 days once goods are received back by Wigs r Life in original and unused conditions. Returns for exchanges will be delivered by Paxi courier service, customer will be responsible for delivery fees.
